The Executive Physical is a comprehensive exam focused on preventive cardiac health. It includes advanced diagnostic imaging and biomarker testing to help you understand your risk of a cardiac event. This in-depth assessment evaluates inherited, lifestyle, and often-overlooked silent risk factors that may go undetected in traditional care. Tailored to your unique health profile, it screens for early warning signs and underlying cardiac conditions that could impact your long-term health.

Advanced biomarker testing (lipid profile, insulin resistance, inflammation)
VO₂ Max testing
Treadmill stress testing
ECG
Echocardiography
Vascular ultrasound screening

This initial visit includes a detailed discussion of your health goals and is followed by four weeks of continued support, including a follow-up appointment to answer any remaining questions.
After the four-week period, you may choose to return to your current healthcare providers or explore one of our membership programs for ongoing, personalized care. Please note: this consultation does not include advanced cardiac testing performed in our clinic.

How it Works
Submit the intake forms with your medical concerns or symptoms in addition to your prior medical history and any labs or testing you want reviewed.
This information will be reviewed prior to the appointment with additional testing/labs potentially recommended based on your clinical needs
We will then meet for up to 60 minutes to discuss all of your medical concerns
The consultation will include 4 weeks of additional care with direct physician contact.
After one month you can have the option of meeting again to discuss any lingering concerns
After the month you can resume care with your physicians or continue in a long-term membership plan with Cardiostrong that fits your clinical needs
