Do I need to have a heart condition to become a patient?No. Many of our patients have no existing heart disease but are proactive about their health. Our goal is prevention, optimization, and longevity.

What does a membership with Cardiostrong MD include?Membership includes comprehensive cardiac and metabolic assessments, advanced diagnostic testing, one-on-one access to Dr. Badger, personalized exercise and nutrition plans, and continuous monitoring of your health.

What types of testing and screenings do you offer?We provide VO2 max testing, coronary artery calcium scans, advanced lipid panels, metabolic testing, echocardiograms, cardiac stress tests, and more, tailored to your specific health profile.

Can I use insurance for your services?Cardiostrong MD operates on a cash-pay model, meaning we do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide high-value, personalized care without insurance barriers.

How do I get started with Cardiostrong MD?The first step is scheduling a consultation. We’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your health goals and determine the best plan for you.

Do you offer one-time assessments or only memberships?Yes! While our membership programs offer ongoing, optimized care, we also provide singular assessments like executive physicals and cardiac risk evaluations, as well as general consultations for any cardiology or cardiometabolic health issue.

How do I cancel my membership?Once enrolled, your membership remains active for one year unless canceled. After the initial three-month commitment, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice. We're committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your experience and will work closely with you throughout your membership!

Is my data secure?Yes! All data is secured in encrypted HIPAA compliant infrastructure. Each annual plan is accompanied by a non-disclosure agreement. We abide by all HIPPA laws and take serious precautions to ensure complete confidentiality. Please see our HIPAA agreement in the patient agreement.

What is not included in my membership?Certain advanced testing such as full-body MRI and Galleiri cancer screening are not included in your membership. However, we can order these studies if medically indicated or requested, following a thorough discussion of the risks, benefits, and associated costs. Can your services be covered by an employer?Wellness exams and the associated annual program are designed to meet the criteria for eligible medical expenses, which may allow you to use employer-sponsored funding to cover service fees. However, this qualification is not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for confirming eligibility with their employer’s labor, ERISA, or tax legal counsel.
